Where to take boot camp training
For MCSA boot camp information you can visit the site training-classes.com or you can visit koenig-solutions.com .Most of the European , North American and Asian countries have the facilities for MCSA training. If your are looking for cheap training then you can try out some Asian countries like India,Bangladesh,Thailand, china etc.I have found that the the total cost of the boot camp including exam fees are one almost one third in some of the Asian countries in comparison to European and North American countries.
Average salary of MCSA professionals
The average salary offered to MCSA certified professionals is in the range of US$35000 to UD$60000.This figure mostly depends on the reputation of the company you are working for and how many years of job experience you have.
There are many university offering online MCSA course. But I would suggest not to do the MCSA boot camp training in any online university because this course in entirely practical oriented, theory portion of the courses is very less.It will be better for you to do the course in your city or in any suitable place and the information can be found in web or you can visit the site training-classes.com

I plan on starting with 70-624 since it also counts towards the MCSE. Can anyone recommend any good training material (books/DVD's) that they've used with success?
