Naturally, every human mind is susceptible to get depressed in certain cases-mostly due to health, relationships and financial problems. Comparing our mind with a virtual vehicle , a depressed mind is quite similar to a car run out of fuel. What you do with a car that has no fuel while you are on a trip? Either you refuel it or take another vehicle to replace it. Unlike a car, we simply can not abandon a fagged mind. We need to recharge our mind with some refreshing thoughts and to fresh a mind ,whether it is needs any mental nourishment or not, there is nothing better than a positive visual experience.
